Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods. 

Shipping Times: United States: Estimated shipping is around 9-14 business days. International: shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: Customers may receive a tracking number by email once their order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside Oralis' control. If a package appears lost, customers should contact hello@oralisapparel.com, where they will receive help working with the carrier to handle the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update the address upon request. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may require an additional shipping charge for replacement.
